Where do you get this crap from, seriously Privacy? Have you ever bothered to research this company or read their ann's or attend the AGM - I think not. The 4TS is not over budget - where did you get that garbage from. Capital expenditure is not the same as running costs of the company, that's why Intersuisse quite happy to give LUM money. Overheads only increase if signs don't have advertisers - earnings and revenue increase with every sign and every advertising contract
