It states "Open pit mining & production of magnetite concentrate with potential integrated onsite processing to produce high purity iron, vanadium and titanium products. New processing technology developed."

Now we know this wil never be the case TIVAN processing will happen in Malaysia.

AND if Posco get up there will be no staged development it will be one huge project to get the cash flow to pay the piper..
