If you're "happy" now then ask yourself how much happier you'll be when you "get" that Crux is now possibly 10-15 years away and the next/only major updates we can expect from NXS (short of a left field TO) over the short/medium are likely to be a major downgrade of LT requiring drilling (at least that can be handled you'd hope) and the outcome of the court case.

I wont post a detailed assessment of Crux "deal", the numbers and where that leaves us but taking a guide from the markets response I'm now leaning towards thinking NXS is again likely just a trader for some period of time.

Unfortunately this "deal" is likely to be added to the "UMC" underachievers hall of fame. Still at least they got some of the cash back they've stumped up to get Crux this far, even if its not for 15 years. Perhaps we can buy it back for $1.5B in a few years?

If the markets topping to boot then this could get either REAL ugly or stone dead. Not good for investors nor traders.

Pity.
