Distribution not guaranteed, better still if they were cumulative.
Nonetheless distributions are being paid whilst ordinary GMG halted.
Mar - June already announced.
Would be a sad day for Goodman to halt the distributions.
The current effective rate is attractive and the 28% face value doesn't really do the units justice.
Further upside when the bbsw is back to nominal levels and step up rate lurking in the years ahead. 27% effective distribution rate achievable in the future IMO.
On top of this, there is the chance of being paid out the full face value too.
Even if Goodmans was wound up (unlikely), i feel fairly confident of receiving better than 28c to the dollar.
Administrators are good at taking their time and eating up cash, but not that good. All in all, well worthy of review.
