I would guess a bit of both. Possibly one fund has opted for some slow accumulation and another fund has picked up an opportunity to reduce?
Definitely the volume is up there. With luck, the volume sold down into yesterday's close might see the seller finished, though can't really read that much into things and the politics of Europe seems more likely to further any sell-off.
