Letter to Shareholders indicates 5.00 pm Perth time on 13th October as Record date ........... hence you sold a little earlier than this, you would no longer be considered a NWE shareholder eligible for offer.
However, you can still take advantage of the other Prospectus offer at the identical price subject to the varied conditions etc.
Considering what NWE has got cooking over the next 12 months I think it's a no brainer to get in on either way possible.
