With our poor 200ish mil cap, Merck can wait and wait to the result of TACTI003 or anything else push the 200mil to maybe close to 1B and then the buy out might happen.
With Merck, I think too they won't share with people. Lets say by the end a 5Bil deal is the result, that amount of cash is nothing for Merck.
