This SP action which has been going on for weeks/months in between mini- pump/dumps.

It's right out of the manipulators playbook to continually drip drop the SP which is easy on low volume and no real interest in buyers. Who's behind this?

Imo - due to minimal/zero likely competitors, long time between data readouts, no other products in the clinic and rapidly diminishing cash balance, IMM is seriously exposed to these types of shenanigans and shorter's.paradise. The latter know there is a low probability of them being squeezed in the near future.

It is also obvious that there is low probability of Merck making a move (licensing/buy-out) in the near term.
If they do, possibly back end 2023 and subject to top line HNSCC data readout.
Had there been buy-out interest or impending licensing offer from Merck we would not be proceeding with AIPAC 003 now.
With a $billion or several in the bank then yes but now in an effort to create competitive tension by going solo with generic chemo, it's going to cost at least another $50 million to fund AIPAC 003 and several years to gain FDA/EMA full approvals.
Clearly smart money is aware of our dilemmas and despite clinical data being good/great there is plenty of time to soak up shares at ever diminishing prices.
