But seriously - reinforces the fact that the SP is really at the whim of the MM 'till the cats out of the bag. Not necessarily concerning other than the 200 day moving average and alike used to justify takeover multiples.

Remember a 300% multiple of recent lows is still only par with 12 month highs - but the headline reads " IMM offered 300% of current SP":...
