They have not said it, but there actions and results support it.
I suspect their strategy has evolved as they start to see what they’ve got, and possibly also due to they way BP have negotiated. This should not be sold for buttons.
oh I know, SP suppression and pips up and down are frustrating too, especially when you’ve been invested for many years as many of us have, but the big game is building.
Frustrated and diluted, yes, but excited too.
