What would make investors happy, 500 mil? 750mil? 1bil? or more. Given our current state of trials investors have had a good look at Efti and they are not rating it that high. I guess there’s still 5 years min to reg which might put a lid on it.
Difficult decision, do they take a smaller offer now or run past another capital raise in 18 months with better efficacy evidence and another drug in the clinic.
Its a tough one. At this point I think they should just take the money if it’s half reasonable.
