well, reading all the numbers here and the ones shown on twitter, I think this is getting real of they might hit an approval just by the phase 2.
and there will be a biomarker data presentation behind the working mechanism to support the number.
For FDA to make such a decision, they usually don't like anything that is in the unknown, like happy accident good efficacy. Here if the molecular mechanism is also supporting, then the case is real strong one.
