In one sentence, in the key population in this study (PD-L1>=1), without the involement of Chemo, EFTI/Keytruda nearly doubled the chance of responding (ORR), almost extending survival length by 18-20 months (multiple comparisons), again nearly doubled, and the adds-on benefit brought by Efti is really PD-L1 level relevant, which is not seen with other immunotherapy agents.
