    I'm not sure how it all works re selling and buying of oncology products.
    So if say a oncology hospital buys let's say a litre of keytruda (pembro) I'm guessing that would be stored on site. Then wouldn't said hospital buy a litre of efti off immutep and sit on same shelf. That way if efti becomes SOC it just gets used as per fda and ema SOC re trials and regulatory design.
    Rough way of looking at it I know but someone has to buy efti. Why does Merck have to.

    is there any reason we can't sell direct?
