QQ,there is that real possibility that a potential suitor could make a formal T/O for the company at any time ,if the board were to determine the offer to be insufficient, they are in a very strong position to advise the shareholders so ,and stave off any low ball offers or potentially hostile takeovers if you like.The company can only be acquired with shareholders approval.
