It was at the Jeffries conference in Mid-November where he said "the year is not over so you['ll hear from us again". I guess there was the announcement of the expansion of INSIGHT-003 sites on 22 November.
I see on the website that they're attending JP Morgan again 8-11 January (IMU thought they should put an announcement out that they're also attending) - which is traditionally the pharma deal-fest. I'm not obviously holding my breath, but if Merck were going to make a play, that would be a good time to announce a deal/partnership
