Just have done a brief check on HER- MBC to confirm my thoughts that there is no a CHEMO FREE option for this type (please correct me on this one if there is really one)

Currently, the most advanced immuno therapy for HER- MBC would be the mind 2023 released data from Merck, Keynote756, with very promising results. Even that, FDA has not dropped approval for them yet.
And Keynote-756 is a Phase 3 with chemo plus Keytruda to treat HER- MBC.
Otherwise, with mTNBC, for the reason of no other targeted therapy, Keytruda can be used with chemo; or with HER+ MBC, Keytruda can be used together with Herceptin (Anti-HER2).
And don't forget HER- breast cancer is accounted for ~70% of general breast cancer patients.

So here is another huge reason for Merck to consider, this might be the first ever CHEMO free potential for HER- MBC, but this will need them to inject money. With Immutep fighting alone, the speed of trial, efficiency, networking, etc., everything would not be optimal anymore.
