Hey bio ,I think the moving averages would more likely be the scenario of an equity stake or shelf raise which for mine would be in ADRs. I don’t think it would be relevant in the case of a T/O because it would involve the companies market cap, not vwap price as might be the case in an equity stake or shelf raise,,just my guess though
