Shame there are no published annual KPI/goals each year, other than the consistent "this will be a data heavy year with lots of results that may be the catalyst for..".
Would love to see a specific time frames with actual quantified goals, appreciating that some of the direction will be fluid pending outcomes, but targets like "execute x by y" should still apply. Otherwise, where are the measure to determine CEO/company performance by only the subjective interpretations of "results" by laypersons like us (me).
No doubt there are internal KPis given the remuneration models of start ups (yes we are little more than a start up still), and probably many we are not privy too, just seems a never ending "is this the announcement/data" cycle.
