Tend to agree with you Mac which begs the question- what would be the right price and for what?
Total business assets buy-out or licensing options?
Merck is obviously in pole position for either above options, but they would want exclusively and therefore would think licensing not an option.
Merck has plenty of cash in the kitty but could be playing games especially with current biotech market caps being so low.
