I think what IMM is (has been) short on, is a *business* plan, and MV (CEO/CFO) needs to put the focus on that not resting/relying on *clinical* plan. The business plan needs to lead, not lag, the clinical plan. If there is *such* business plan, then CEO needs to market that with a focus on *it*, instead of the same every time, highlighting clinical status/progress in every interview.
Other possibility is that there may be mehod in maddness, keeping M low, while us Aussie SHs funding the company and then band, an (provided ?) opportunistic undervalued "T/O" ...
