Where I disagree Nathan at the risk of sounding cold, for whatever reason there are people who will go into certain jobs that are low paying. Some may be nesb, some may have really struggled at school as a kid, some may not have had employment opportunities to get skilled... "be accountable for career decisions". I am afraid many people don't get that choice despite those who say if you don't like it do something about it.
