A rampy, who unloads an aircraft gets paid, for a 38 hour week $744.

The MAXIMUM shift loading they will ever receive will be in the order of 30%, MAXIMUM.

Total remuneration for working a 24/7 shift roster 38 hours a week is $1000 a week give or take a few dollars.

Perhaps some do make $80,000 a year, they are the ones who are living at work an extra 15-20 hours a week doing 60 hour weeks.

And to say the rosters are "user friendly" - THE STAFF ARE ROSTERED TO DO WHAT QANTAS WANTS THEM TO DO. STAFF DO NOT MAKE THE ROSTER!

God damn, way to rag on some of the lowest paid labourers in this country. $38000 a year base rate of pay, yeah thats amazing money - sign me up.
