So true. I read an article recently about people in the Philippines and similar countries, who go to work as guest workers in Dubai. They do the most menial work, but get paid a bit more than they can earn at home. Everywhere, the story is the same. "I was doing fine until the 4th or 5th child came along. Now I clean public toilets in Dubai".
Is it really brain surgery? Have one or two kids, and you'll stay out of poverty! If these places had half their current population, they'd all live like kings AND the environment would be better off.
