Nah not even close to overpopulated....it's just those unstable emotional types that believe this...the entire worlds population will very easily fit in Tasmania alone with bucket loads of territory left over, all habitation would be at Tokyo city density levels.
For anyone to psychology themed to still get it....the entire rest of the world would have zero, zilch, nada humans living on it anywhere under this scenario....ie not underpopulated..............not even populated.
