It's the education level that determines the birth rate. The higher the education level, the lower the birth rate, no matter which religion, race, or standard of living level.
So, that begs the question ....if the average person on the street has the wisdom to decrease the birth rate and hence the population..............why do our stupid government do the opposite, by increasing the immigration levels?
Stupidity in the extreme as the people know better.
