Nana for you here is a technical analysis for beginners lesson. Try to at least use the terminology correctly and you may be better able to convince people of your insight.
The MACD indicator is not something you describe as too high or too low. It oscillates around zero and the point at which the lines cross is what is used as a technical indicator. Likewise there is no such thing as an RMI. You seem to have confused a DMI and an RSI. An RSI can be too high but in the case of PTR is not. 70 is a level that is often considered to be getting into overbought territory. What a CMO is I have no idea but suspect is a random TLA made up by you to impress people.
