    Absolutely agree with you. Great response. Again, to support WES forward thinking, it looks like they have already begun to address the higher costs through the installation of their warehousing robots that have been quoted as helping to move an extra 2000+ orders an hour in their warehouse in VIC. Granted this may not directly affect delivery costs (although it could still be factored in), they are looking to increase profitability/reduce costs. I believe Kogan/Amazon etc. already make use of this sort of technology but it indicates to me that they want to keep up with the big boys and that they see some potential growth in that area.
