CUX is selling at 17 cents. DMN is selling at .3 of a cent. For $1000 I can buy about 6,000 CUX shares and 350,000 DMN shares.

CUX has 4000sq.Km of holdings. DMN's Mt Barrett is like a small pimple in the corner in Charley Creek. The phallic appeal of a mountain may attract punters to Mt Barrett, but wide alluvial sands are easier for extracting REE.

I think when making comparisons you need to compare like with like. DMN does not compare with CUX, just as CUX, where there is no firm production plans yet, does not compare with ALK or LYC (where for $1000 I can buy about 450 shares).
