Note the little "1" at the end - the get out clause;

"1 - Whilst Orinoco believes that these readings are indicative of grade, the use of a handheld XRF with samples that are not homogenised and display high-grade mineralisation can be considered estimates only. Multiple readings were taken from each interval of the drill core to evaluate the tenor but not the absolute value of the contained mineralisation."
