Are the fundamentals sound though? Revenue is deteriorating and by managements own admission today, their attempts to ease the bleed have not worked.
I agree that there is potential for future growth but this management team seems unwilling or unable to capitalise on any opportunities. Cash at bank is great but worthless (from a growth perspective) if you won't use it.
