Reading through the 2020FY report makes me vomit in my mouth a little bit. Wank words are on full display.
"The benefit of comprehensive work undertaken during 2019 to enhance our understanding of the consumer and sales channels in our core markets"
"We demonstrated significant resilience in the second half managing the business in the face of the covid 19 global pandemic"
so what happened, why are the sales channels suddenly opaque after that conprehensive work in 2019.
