IBB, I think your assessment is on the money. There is a high expectation that the key milestones will be hit over next Q. The desire to get in on the ground floor may be behind this break out.
In saying that we know there was strong support at 20 cents plus before delays in process set in And the drift downward was because of these reset timetables.
There may also be news on the horizon.
It eill be very interesting to watch the play over next few days. What i am comfortable with is that by March the 10s and possibly 20s will be history.
