I agree that BIS is a very attractive takeover target, more than likely someone from overseas. I would be very surprised if Balron were involved in any takeover as those involved are very astute businessman and would only purchase if the share price was going down, not up. If they were going to make their move, it would have been 6 months ago when the share price all but collapsed.
Personally I see the share price reaching 32-36 cents by March 2012 and 40 cents by December 2012.
A great buy still at this price for those patient ones.
