There seems to be overseas interest developing in this company, and they are rumoured to be in close negotiations with a major investor.... Add to this that they have a very promising drilling programme about to commence, and a share price that does not reflect any value whatsoever for their overseas assets/interests.

A point of note is that any success across any aspect of the company is likely to bring with it a substantial rise in the share price.... and this is very, very possible given their recent announcements and current activities.
