another theory to the internet issue is the providers, fristly the providers have the atitude its never me, like hey a ship cut the cable etc. in reality its a sever or two not working, cheap on staffing, real live dramas, not a situation out of the tv show "24hrs". customer service in australia is given with the atitude similar to the nationalist british rail, hey i going to make money, cut corners and i am doing you a favour by giving you this product.
