    I agree but I had touched it some time ago.

    It does not really say anything and IMO opinion it is a bit of front running to get the SP up before a deal is done.

    I am a fan of the company, the strategy and the game they are playing. I just hope some bunch of investment bankers are not forcing them to take or make deals that make no sense.

    My vote would be for a deal that brings exclusive content for a stake. Value add and block out.
