last time I was there it was pay day for the indigenous brethren, and the publican was doing a roaring trade, hardly call it a concert, more like a drunken orgy, with the kids getting passed the rot gut through the back windows of the beat up tray back land cruisers, their mothers naked on the ground asking if you wanted some, and the old men smelling of terps and BO threatning me with pool cues because I wouldnt play them. Its not a place you want to take the family maybe its changed there is a nice dam near by or was probably dry now, and a couple of families working for the shire grading and water truck driving who seemed decent enough, but it really is a dusty snake hole.
