Nice one - why should foreigners be blocked from buying property in Australia? Just so it is cheaper for you? Should we also block ourselves from importing foreign goods, so Australian manufacturing workers can get higher rates of pay? Both are flawed protectionist arguments which make Australia in total worse off.
If foreigners want to waste their money here on overpriced property I say let them.
