    sure the zinc markets look in balance but last i checked PEM had over $1per share cash in the bank and is slated for 70-75c eps this year, and with production increasing it should maintain a solid EPS

    when zinc mkts recover it will do very well. Look at copper,nickel,lead all mkts tight.
