Apologies, didn’t intend to generalise the staff.
For all I know they can all be individually over performers but the way they are managed ( I mean CxO and board, not some head of whatever) isn’t delivering anything more than some transaction growth which is showing sings of slowing down as well.
Today’s article in the afr puts it a bit more eloquently
24% surge in operating expenses, (70% of which staff expenses) in first half of the year in a market that is looking for operational leverage.
