I think the earnings season ahead could hopefully surprise to the upside and may pick things up with the economy again.

Uncertainty about the mining tax drags on at the moment, but given there will probably be an election around August, things should start to get clearer soon since an election could only be a month and a half away - Gillard probably will take advantage of the "Honeymoon Period."

As for Proto's future, I am encouraged after communication with Andrew - progress is being made which will mean some solid profits in a couple of years from Barnes Hill even using conservative estimates. The possibility of working collaboratively on NT projects in the short term will really strengthen their position aswell and will bolster exploration between now and when Barnes Hill produces income.
