There are no subprime problems. The worries are the same for banks and other instos.
Remember the Chairman and CEO assured at the AGM that this company is on target.
There are 40% of mortgages financed by non banks and CGF finances 40% of those....a big company growing and growing with only 30% of its business in mortgages.
