I'm up to my knees in white powder enjoying the spoils of 2007 but i've never taken my eye off the ball. i do recall buying shares under $3 around August last year and telling everyone I was doing it.
The juicy question is how big will this Bank of Tokyo relationship be not just there but here when CGF is offering its products through its mortgage aggregators. Cheap money will kick our banks hard.
Our banks will raise their mortgage rates in the near term whatever the Reserve does.
