TO start with something far more onerous, impossible to finance, and which just doesn't make sense is so far out and clownish one has to ask what other kind of lunish thinking is going on behind treasury doors. I hear Henry was around in Keating's day, presumably been in his own detached from reality world for a very long time. Maybe swapping 50% of the staff their with people from (non banking) industry would be a good starting point.
