no issue with demand thesis long term. Slight mechanical issues, which have been fixed. yet SP still declining even more. Major funds exiting. today marks its 8th consecutive red day and nearly 13th down day in past 16 trading days.
Vietnam already takes 300,000 head and china is a much higher income potential than vietnam and much larger population. Indonesia is 600,000 head. This leads me to believe china when fully developed will be 1mil head+ in 5-10 years, perhaps more than this. Vietnam grew to 300,000 from nothing 2 years ago.
This suggests market is overdoing the sell off heaps, with over double the capacity and vessels from F17 likely in long term...considering the $90-100m ebitda forecast range from current vessels and ones in pipeline , and the scalable fixed nature of this business, then it will be making large ebitda figures at some point. Even after accounting for occasional odd repair-maintenance issue.
