re: javip According to the 2004 financials there were 74,765,680 FPO's as at June 04. There are 56,639,337 ops expiring Dec 04 @ 20c - unlikely these will be exercised. A further 4,602,143 shares were placed @ 14c in Apr 05.
So approx 80,000,000 issued shares - this corresponds with the figure my screen is giving me...
Unless I'm missing something, I'm surprised the market hasn't reacted more favourably to the RS deal...
