Have they not read the chariman's address which states that after a more than a month of scrutiny by TAPS best they still have not figured out whether Tallaganda-1 is a goer or not.
I just don't get it norally conservative BHPP releases a bullish evaluation, and TAP is clueless?
If TAp is going to survive it needs to revamp the board and get some young smart blood into the system
