I understand that things are not looking good in the US at the moment but am surprised at the extent that this one has been sold down.
Hopefully the government will soon make an announcement confirming an election promise about increasing the rebate and as far as I can remember the company has factored in a 92 cent exchange rate and it has been trading around the 87/88 cent range lately so that has got to be a positive.
I thought I also read recently a popular broker upgrading from Hold to High Risk Buy but still it has dropped.
I don't understand!
What does anyone else think?
