Hi,

Now that ABS have secured the debt facility, how will the sub prime affect the company ?

I do believe it is risky as the company growth was based on borrowing to buy more child care centres.

But even if the growth slows or stops if they keep delivering with their current centres and reduce operating costs the profits will naturally increase.

The demand for child care centres is still high as unemployment is fairly low historically and the government subsidies will only help.
